We gladly accept returns and exchanges!
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
